- Your choice of any two AList Experience® bar services of your choice.
Furniture and tent equipment needed to furnish the lounge include:
- 1 Beauty Bar with mirrors, florals, and lighting.
- 5 Directors chairs and beauty stations.
- Stylish waiting area inside the tent – perfect environment for networking while your
guest await their turn.
- Set up and break down of your tent and beauty stations.
- 1 AList Experience® event manager responsible for organizing the space and coordinating
AList Experience® team members during the event.
- Candy station includes an assortment of popular sweets and a selection of your organizations custom-branded treats.
- Balloon architect who will create one of a kind event décor to match your theme. Our balloon partner has worked with the White House and several large organizations for grand openings, product launches, private parties, gala receptions, and trade show exhibits nation-wide.
- Lead Capture Photo Booth designed to add an interactive component to your VIP lounge. This HD photo booth will be branded with your company’s logo. It allows attendees to post directly to any of their social media platforms while providing your organization with the lead capture of their email for future events and newsletters.
